| As of June 2nd, 2008, we have dissolved Rio Law Accountant Office, which was our previous form as an individual office, to establish "Rio Partners Legal Professional Corporate". We do not intend to make any fundamental changes in our form of business, though, by converting our office into a corporate form similar to the other legal corporate bodies in Rio Group, such as Judicial Scrivener Corporate Rio Partners and Tax Accountant Corporate Rio Partners, we believe that the group in total is now able to offer a more united service with higher quality.
As speed of changes in the world increases through the years, we think it would be best if attorneys not only respond keenly to yearly trends, but also be able to maintain our attention to catch those trends in advance, in order to always be able to satisfy our clients' needs. Moreover, provided that the demand for compliance becoming stronger is inevitable in these times, strengthening compliance and smoothness or promptness of business are apt to cause conflict. We set it our extremely important role to compatibly raise the level of both requests, making our best effort every day.
